Develop and maintain engaging content for Software and IT Asset Management (SAM) go-to-market proposals and solutions. Publish content across internal and external platforms, including emails, SharePoint sites, EY's Thought Leadership, blogs, and social media (LinkedIn). Write, edit, and optimize posts for various platforms, ensuring alignment with target audience behaviors. Create appealing visuals and videos to complement written content. Apply advertising techniques to increase awareness of EY's SAM solutions. Document operational procedures with SOPs and job aids. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables.

A Bachelor of Technology degree, preferably in Computer Science, is required. Candidates should possess 3 to 6 years of experience in a Media Content Writer or similar role, with a strong foundation in Software Asset Management. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and experience with social media platforms for advertising are essential. Familiarity with online paid advertising, SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools like Google Analytics is expected. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail, are crucial. The ability to work effectively in a diverse, dynamic team environment, including remotely, and manage multiple projects with shifting priorities is key.
