Analyze and design end-to-end business processes using advanced technologies. Identify inefficiencies and implement optimal solutions to mitigate risks. Conduct risk assessments based on contract terms and analyze data to quantify compliance. Summarize complex datasets and report findings using dynamic dashboards, particularly with Power BI. Administer and support Software Discovery tools like SCCM, BDNA, Flexera, and Service Now. Assist with infrastructure upgrades, security compliance, and remediation.

Foster strong professional networks within the firm and collaborate effectively with project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality project outcomes. This role requires working independently to seek information, solve problems, and manage project strategies in challenging environments.

A graduate degree is required, with a focus on B-Tech. Candidates should possess 1-6 years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) or Software License Compliance. Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI and experience with software discovery tools like Flexera, BDNA, SCCM, and Service Now are essential.

Knowledge of Active Directory, virtualization, network topologies, software vendor agreements, and licensing terms is expected. A solid understanding of IT processes, infrastructure, and related technologies (Oracle, Windows, Linux) is crucial. Outstanding Microsoft Excel skills for complex data analysis, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities with keen attention to detail, are necessary. The ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and dynamic remote environment is key.
