A strong background in software development and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) systems is ideal. Proven ability to understand complex domain problems and rapidly develop proof-of-concept solutions. Experience working with enterprise customer contracts and familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) products like Icertis, Agiloft, GEP, or Conga are beneficial. Knowledge of the contracts and outsourcing industry, including ITO, ADM/AMS, ITES, EUC, Software Development, and BPO, is advantageous. Ability to analyze contract, financial, and performance data is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills for working in diverse environments and teams. Process-oriented with the ability to learn new processes and contribute across various service disciplines. Proficiency in MS Office applications and internet usage. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members via phone and email. Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Flexibility in working hours and adaptability to an unstructured work environment.
