This role involves executing client engagements focused on governance, risk & compliance (GRC), internal audits, process optimization, standard operating procedures, enterprise risk management, and revenue assurance.

Execute client engagements with a focus on quality and client satisfaction. Review working papers and client files, suggesting improvements for engagement productivity and client service. Analyze business and industry trends to identify areas for process enhancement and develop actionable recommendations. Handle data analytics tasks using tools like ACL. Ensure adherence to engagement plans and internal quality and risk management procedures. Maintain awareness of internal auditing standards from IIA and ICAI, applying a solution-based approach to problem-solving.

Manage engagement budgets and support senior team members in developing marketing materials and business proposals. Cultivate strong working relationships with client process owners and functional heads. Provide detailed attention and mentorship to interns and analysts. Contribute to knowledge sharing within the practice. Demonstrate high-quality work delivery, anticipate and escalate engagement risks, and foster strong client and internal relationships.

To qualify for this role, you must hold a Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor designation, or a Master's degree in Business Administration. A minimum of 0-1 year of post-qualification experience in risk advisory, internal audit, or external audit is required.

Candidates should be prepared for significant travel, at least 50% of the time, to locations outside their assigned office and within the region, often requiring travel where public transportation is limited. Extended work hours may be necessary to meet project demands, and a valid passport is essential. Excellent project management skills, the ability to inspire teamwork, and proficiency with current technology tools to enhance service delivery are expected.
