As part of the team, you will focus on engagements spanning governance, risk & compliance (GRC), internal audits, process reviews, SOP development, enterprise risk management, and revenue assurance.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse client challenges, contributing to robust risk management frameworks and enhancing business operations. You'll be instrumental in identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance, and driving operational efficiency for our clients.

Execute client engagements with a focus on quality and adherence to client requirements. Review working papers and client files, proposing improvements for engagement productivity and client service. Analyze business and industry trends to identify areas for improvement in client processes and develop actionable recommendations.

Handle data analytics tasks using tools like Access and ACL. Ensure compliance with engagement plans and internal quality and risk management procedures. Stay informed about internal auditing standards from IIA and ICAI. Apply a solution-based approach to problem-solving. Manage engagement budgets and assist superiors with marketing collateral, proposals, and new solution development.

Cultivate strong working relationships with client process owners and functional heads. Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and mentor junior team members. Contribute to knowledge sharing within the practice and ensure high-quality deliverables. Proactively identify engagement risks and escalate issues appropriately.

To excel in this role, you will need to ensure high-quality work delivery and actively build relationships with clients and internal teams. Assist colleagues by sharing knowledge and contributing to new methodologies and internal initiatives, focusing on complex or specialized issues. Collaborate effectively with the team and clients to define engagement objectives and strategies that align with professional standards.

Understand the client's internal audit environment and industry trends. Maintain strong client management relationships to effectively communicate expectations regarding work products, timelines, and deliverables. Possess a deep understanding of compliance, financial, and operational risks. Conduct internal control testing, develop internal audit plans, and provide outsourced internal audit services. Assess internal controls and SOX frameworks to mitigate risks and apply these principles to client situations.

Leverage extensive knowledge of the client's business and industry to identify technological advancements and their potential impact. Demonstrate exceptional project management skills, foster teamwork and accountability within the engagement team, and utilize current technology to enhance service delivery. Gain a comprehensive understanding of EY's service lines and identify opportunities to serve clients effectively. A Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, or MBA is required, along with 0-1 year of post-qualification experience in risk advisory, internal audit, or external audit.
