This role is within our Business Consulting Risk team, specializing in innovative and transformative internal audit (IA) and internal controls solutions for the financial services sector. We leverage technologies like robotics and analytics to address complex risk areas, providing flexible and scalable services that align with clients' changing business objectives and future goals.

Execute client engagements in areas such as governance, risk & compliance (GRC), internal audits, process reviews, standard operating procedures, enterprise risk management, revenue assurance, and SOX 404 & Clause 49 assistance. Ensure quality delivery aligned with client needs, review working papers, and identify opportunities for engagement productivity and client service improvement.

Develop recommendations for client business process enhancements. Identify and escalate engagement-related red flags. Demonstrate deep industry expertise and prepare comprehensive reports, deliverables, status updates, and audit committee presentations. Manage multiple projects, handle data analytics using tools like Access and ACL, and ensure adherence to engagement plans and internal quality procedures.

Must possess a Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, or Master's in Business Administration qualification. Requires 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in risk advisory or related internal audit within the financial services sector.

Candidates should be aware of internal auditing standards from IIA and ICAI. Essential attributes include strengthening client and internal relationships, anticipating and escalating engagement risks, assisting in developing new methodologies, and fostering a positive learning environment by coaching junior team members.
