Our Financial Services Risk (FSRM) practice focuses on helping clients within the financial sector identify, manage, and monitor risks. This involves implementing transformative, agile approaches encompassing process improvements, robust data modeling, advanced analytics, comprehensive stakeholder reporting, and adept business requirements analysis for technology implementations. We also specialize in asset and liability analysis, alongside capital and liquidity management, ensuring clients can meet their strategic objectives while mitigating potential impacts.

The Consultant will be responsible for contributing to enterprise-grade application development, leveraging Java and Spring Boot for robust backend solutions and React for responsive front-end interfaces. You will support full-stack development, emphasizing scalability, maintainability, and seamless integration. A key aspect involves applying risk-focused business consulting principles within financial services environments. Experience in data analysis and documentation, alongside familiarity with industry-standard data cataloging techniques, is crucial. The role also requires engagement with multiple stakeholders, including reviewing and challenging assumptions with strong rationale, and potential involvement in Java coding and code development.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science. A minimum of 4 years of experience in Full Stack Development is required, with proven expertise in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot, and building responsive front-end solutions with React. A solid understanding of risk-focused business consulting within the financial services sector is essential. Practical experience in data analysis and documentation, coupled with knowledge of industry-standard data cataloging techniques (Collibra knowledge is a plus), is highly valued. Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or GCP for application deployment is preferred. Strong attention to detail, the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving are critical attributes for this position.
