This role is within our Financial Services (FS) practice, which supports the vital banking, insurance, and wealth management sectors. We address the dynamic challenges of digital transformation, regulatory changes, and competition by leveraging the expertise of our strategists, technologists, and industry leaders to deliver innovative solutions and sustainable value creation.

Apply your technical expertise to assess and document internal audit methodologies and risk management frameworks within financial services. Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of key business processes and internal controls, identifying control gaps and assessing risk exposure. Support the development of remediation plans and utilize consulting skills to deliver structured risk and control assessments. Prepare clear audit observations, working papers, and control documentation in line with engagement requirements.

You will be expected to collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal obligations. Employ a practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and actionable solutions for complex issues.

To excel in this role, a Chartered Accountant qualification is essential. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.

Ideal candidates possess strong internal audit and risk management skills within financial services, with a proven ability to assess and test processes and controls. You should be adept at identifying control weaknesses, evaluating risks, and proposing remediation strategies. Proficiency in consulting methodologies for process analysis and risk assessment is key. Strong communication and documentation skills are also required.
