Key responsibilities include ensuring high-quality client engagement delivery, reviewing working papers, and suggesting process improvements. You will analyze business trends, identify areas for enhancement, and handle data analytics using tools like ACL. Compliance with engagement plans and internal quality standards is crucial. Additionally, you'll contribute to budget management, develop marketing collateral, and foster strong client relationships, while mentoring junior team members.

To excel in this role, you need a Chartered Accountant / Certified Internal Auditor qualification or a Master's degree in Business Administration, coupled with 0-1 year of post-qualification experience in risk advisory, internal audit, or external audit. Strong communication skills and a passion for leadership are essential. The role requires availability for travel (up to 50%) and willingness to work extended hours when necessary. A valid passport is mandatory.
