As an Associate Consultant, you will engage in critical client projects focusing on governance, risk, compliance (GRC), internal audits, process reviews, standard operating procedures, enterprise risk management, and revenue assurance. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape risk strategies and contribute to client success.

Execute client engagements with a focus on quality and client satisfaction. Review working papers and client files, suggesting improvements for efficiency and enhanced service delivery.

Analyze business and industry trends to identify areas for process improvement and develop actionable recommendations. Conduct data analytics using tools like Access and ACL.

Ensure adherence to engagement plans and internal quality and risk management protocols. Stay updated on internal auditing standards from IIA and ICAI. Apply a solution-based approach to problem-solving.

Manage engagement budgets and support senior staff in developing marketing materials and business proposals. Cultivate strong relationships with client process owners and functional heads. Provide mentorship to interns and analysts, contributing to knowledge management within the practice.

To qualify, candidates must possess a Chartered Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor qualification, or a Master’s degree in Business Administration. A minimum of 0-1 year of post-qualification experience in risk advisory, internal audit, or external audit is required.

This role involves significant travel (50%+) outside the assigned office location and commuting within the region. Flexibility to work extended hours and possession of a valid passport are essential.
