This role is part of the Consumer Products and Health Sciences (CHS) and the Consulting (CNS) divisions. CHS focuses on retail, agri-business, and health sciences, helping clients capture profitable growth and reimagine their operations in a digitally driven landscape.

CNS collaborates with clients to transform businesses through people, technology, and innovation, focusing on strategic problem-solving. Within CNS, the Digital Risk team helps organizations identify and manage risks, ensuring alignment with future business strategies and objectives.

As a Consultant in Digital Risk, your primary responsibility is to ensure technical excellence, particularly in computer system validation (CSV) across its entire lifecycle. This includes managing requirements, risk assessments, testing, and documentation.

You will be expected to demonstrate a working knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 requirements for electronic records and signatures, including audit trails, access controls, and data integrity.

Key tasks involve preparing and executing validation deliverables such as validation plans, URS, FRS, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, and traceability matrices. You will also assess GxP-regulated computerized systems and identify gaps in system controls, recommending remediation strategies aligned with regulatory and industry standards.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science is required, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing.
