As a Consultant in Business Consulting Risk, you will focus on Process & Controls within the CNS (Client Network Services) division. Your responsibilities include supervising and monitoring construction activities at project sites, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. You'll identify potential civil/structural risks and constructability issues during project stages.

Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship, dimensions, and compliance with approved drawings and structural calculations. Verify measurements, BOQ items, rates, and variations, ensuring proper documentation for bills. Monitor compliance with IS Codes, technical specifications, and quality standards. You will also oversee site safety and monitor the physical progress of works, coordinating with project teams to resolve delays and resource constraints.

To excel in this role, a Graduation in Civil or Mechanical Engineering is essential, complemented by a Post Graduation in Construction Management. Candidates with substantial experience in civil execution, structural works, and construction management, particularly within industrial plants, real estate, or commercial projects, will be highly preferred.
