Join our Business Consulting Risk team as an Associate Consultant in New Delhi. You'll help clients gain a clear understanding of their risk landscape, building confidence and trust. This role involves executing client engagements focused on governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), internal audits, process reviews, and enterprise risk management.

Execute client engagements with a focus on quality and client satisfaction. Review working papers and client documentation, proposing improvements to engagement productivity and client service. Analyze business and industry trends to identify areas for process enhancement and develop actionable recommendations.

Handle data analytics using tools like Access and ACL. Ensure adherence to engagement plans and internal risk management procedures. Maintain awareness of internal auditing standards from IIA and ICAI. Apply problem-solving techniques in a solution-oriented manner.

Manage engagement budgets and support business development efforts, including marketing collateral and proposal creation. Cultivate strong relationships with client stakeholders, including process owners and functional heads. Provide mentorship to interns and analysts, contributing to knowledge sharing within the practice.

We are seeking individuals with a passion for risk and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends. A Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, or a Master’s degree in Business Administration is required. A minimum of 0-1 year of post-qualification experience in risk advisory, internal audit, or external audit is expected.

This role requires a commitment to travel up to 50% of the time, including within the region where public transportation may be limited. Successful candidates must be prepared to work extended hours as needed and possess a valid passport. An application and solution-based approach to problem-solving is essential, along with excellent project management skills and the ability to foster teamwork.
