Within the CNS - Risk - Process & Controls service line, you will help clients navigate risks and achieve their business objectives. This involves areas such as Enterprise Risk, Technology Risk, and Financial Services Risk, focusing on resilience, internal audit, compliance, technology risk assessment, and financial sector risk management. We empower clients to make informed decisions to prevent risks and impact on their future business strategy.

Supervise and monitor civil and structural construction activities at project sites, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Identify and mitigate potential civil/structural risks and constructability issues during project phases. Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship, dimensions, and compliance with drawings and specifications. Verify construction aligns with approved structural calculations and applicable Indian Standards (IS Codes). Review measurements, bills, and deviations, ensuring proper supporting documentation. Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements. Track physical progress against the project schedule, identifying delays and coordinating resolutions with project teams.

A graduate degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering is required, complemented by a Post Graduation in Construction Management. Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Civil & Structural Execution, ideally within Industrial Plants, Real Estate, or Commercial projects, will be highly preferred. You should possess the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach, coupled with agility, curiosity, and creativity, is essential. You should be able to deliver insightful and practical solutions while maintaining positive energy and adaptability.
