Key responsibilities include the quality execution of client engagements, ensuring deliverables meet stringent client requirements. You'll be responsible for reviewing working papers and client folders, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement productivity and client service. Analyzing business and industry trends to pinpoint areas for process improvement and developing actionable recommendations will be crucial.

This role also involves handling data analytics using tools like Access and ACL, and ensuring adherence to engagement plans and internal risk management procedures. You will demonstrate a strong application and solution-based approach to problem-solving, manage engagement budgets, and support superiors in developing marketing collateral and business proposals.

Furthermore, you will cultivate robust working relationships with client process owners and functional heads, exhibit keen attention to detail, and mentor junior interns and analysts. Contributing to knowledge management sessions within the practice is also an integral part of this position.

To excel in this role, you will possess a Chartered Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor qualification, or a Master's degree in Business Administration. We require 0-1 year of post-qualification experience in risk advisory, internal audit, or external audit. Readiness to travel up to 50% of the time outside your assigned office location and commute within the region is essential.
