As a Consultant in our AMI - CNS - Risk - Process & Controls team, you will play a crucial role in transforming businesses by leveraging people, technology, and innovation. Our client-centric approach ensures we deliver long-term value by tackling complex strategic challenges. This role is part of EY Consulting, focusing on driving sustainable growth and protecting business performance through robust risk management and internal control strategies.

You will be instrumental in executing internal audit, risk advisory, and control assessment engagements across diverse industries and business functions. This involves deeply understanding client business models, key processes, and operational workflows to identify associated risks.

Key activities include performing process walkthroughs, conducting risk assessments, executing control testing, and performing substantive procedures in line with EY's rigorous methodology. Analyzing financial, operational, and transactional data to uncover trends, anomalies, control gaps, and opportunities for enhancement is also a core part of the role.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality working papers, documenting processes, creating risk and control matrices (RCMs), and developing client deliverables. Collaborating effectively with engagement teams and client stakeholders is essential for successful project delivery. You will also support the review of policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Technology (Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering), Bachelor of Commerce, or a Chartered Accountant qualification. A Master of Technology (Civil Engineering) or Master of Commerce is also considered.

We are seeking individuals with 0 to 2 years of relevant technical experience, particularly in Governance, Risk, and Compliance, and Internal Audit. A strong ability to work collaboratively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal stipulations, is essential.
