Within EY Consulting, the CNS - Risk - Process & Controls team transforms businesses through people, technology, and innovation. Our client-centric approach delivers long-term value by solving strategic problems. We assist clients in managing risks to ensure they meet future business objectives, focusing on Enterprise Risk, Technology Risk, and Financial Services Risk.

Execute internal audit, risk advisory, and controls assessment engagements across diverse business functions and industries. Develop a deep understanding of client business models, key processes, operational workflows, and associated risks to ensure effective engagement delivery.

Conduct process walkthroughs, risk assessments, and control testing using EY's established methodology. Analyze financial, operational, and transactional data to identify trends, anomalies, control gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Prepare high-quality working papers, process documentation, risk and control matrices (RCMs), and client deliverables. Support reviews of policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to assess compliance with internal and external requirements. Collaborate effectively with engagement teams and client stakeholders.

To be considered for this role, you must possess a relevant technical qualification. These include a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Technology in Civil Engineering, a Bachelor of Commerce, a Master of Commerce, or be a Chartered Accountant.

We require 0 to 2 years of relevant technical experience. This includes experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), and Internal Audit.
