Within EY Consulting, the CNS - Risk - Process & Controls service line helps clients transform their businesses through people, technology, and innovation. We focus on driving long-term value by solving strategic problems and managing the interplay between risk and opportunity.

As a Consultant, you will execute internal audits, risk advisory, and controls assessment engagements across diverse industries. You'll develop a deep understanding of client business models, processes, and risks to ensure effective engagement delivery.

Key activities include performing process walkthroughs, conducting risk and control testing, and analyzing financial and operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will also prepare high-quality working papers, documentation, and client deliverables, while collaborating effectively with engagement teams and stakeholders.

Furthermore, you will review policies and procedures to assess compliance with internal and external requirements, contributing to the development of robust governance frameworks.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a Bachelor of Commerce degree. A Master of Technology in Civil Engineering, Master of Commerce, or Chartered Accountant qualification is also highly valued.

We are looking for individuals with 0 to 2 years of relevant technical experience, particularly in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or Internal Audit. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively, solve complex problems with practical solutions, and exhibit agility, curiosity, and creativity.
