Your primary responsibilities will include performing day-to-day Procure to Pay (PTP) activities, ensuring accuracy in invoice and payment processing. You will handle vendor queries, conduct reconciliations, and process travel and expense claims.

Key tasks involve processing invoices, credit notes, and other transactions with accurate GL account and cost-centre assignments. You will perform two-way and three-way matching, validate transaction details, and resolve discrepancies. Processing vendor payment runs, investigating supplier queries, and generating remittance advice are also integral parts of the role. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and contributing to month-end closing activities.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, coupled with 2-4 years of experience specifically in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes.

Essential skills include a strong understanding of end-to-end PTP processes, encompassing invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management. You must be an experienced problem solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a flexible attitude, and strong interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in ERP platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills are also required.
