You will be responsible for executing day-to-day Procure-to-Pay (PTP) activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines. This includes processing invoices, credit notes, and other transactions, performing two-way and three-way matching, and resolving discrepancies.

You'll also handle vendor query resolution, process vendor payment runs, and manage travel and expense claim processing. Key tasks involve monitoring aging documents, generating remittance advice, and maintaining accurate records as per document retention policies.

Furthermore, you will assist with month-end closing activities, conduct vendor statement reconciliations, and prepare AP Trial Balance reports. A critical aspect of this role is to review and achieve daily and monthly targets, contributing to efficient PTP operations.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, complemented by 2-4 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) functions. A Master of Commerce (M.Com) is also considered.

Proficiency in end-to-end PTP processes, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management, is essential. You should be a skilled problem solver with excellent written and verbal communication abilities, demonstrating a flexible attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

This position requires expertise in ERP platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and analysis. Experience in Financial Analysis for 3+ years is also a valuable asset.
