The Analyst – Procure to Pay role involves managing daily PTP activities, including accurate invoice and payment processing, resolving vendor queries, and performing reconciliations. Key responsibilities include processing invoices, credit notes, and other transactions, conducting two-way and three-way matching, managing rejected invoices, and processing vendor payments according to schedules and controls.

Further duties encompass investigating and resolving supplier queries, processing and reconciling travel and expense claims, monitoring aging documents to meet turnaround times, and generating end-of-day reports on recording and invoice completion. The role also supports month-end closing activities, aims to achieve daily and monthly targets, performs vendor statement reconciliations, prepares AP Trial Balance, and generates remittance advice. Maintaining and archiving invoices and supporting documents is also a core function.

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, complemented by 2-4 years of dedicated experience in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes. A comprehensive understanding of end-to-end PTP operations, including invoice processing, approvals, vendor management, and payment cycles, is essential.

We are looking for individuals with strong problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a flexible attitude to achieve results. Exceptional interpersonal skills are also a must. Proficiency in ERP platforms, alongside advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities, is required. A Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree and 3+ years of experience in Financial Analysis are highly desirable.
