You will also handle travel and expense claims, support discrepancy resolution, and contribute to month-end closing activities. Maintaining accurate records and adhering to strict timelines, policies, and internal controls are paramount to ensuring seamless PTP operations. Performing vendor statement reconciliations, investigating variances in the AP Trial Balance, and generating remittance advice are also critical functions. You will ensure proper archiving of invoices and supporting documents according to retention policies.
To thrive in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, complemented by 2-4 years of dedicated experience in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes. A comprehensive understanding of end-to-end PTP workflows, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management, is essential.
We seek individuals with proven problem-solving capabilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a flexible attitude geared towards achieving results. Strong interpersonal skills are vital for effective collaboration. Proficiency in ERP platforms, coupled with advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills, will be a significant advantage.
Additionally, a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree and 3+ years of experience in Financial Analysis are preferred. Candidates should demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical approach to tackling complex issues, delivering insightful solutions, and exhibiting agility, curiosity, mindfulness, and creativity are highly valued attributes.
