This role involves managing day-to-day Procure to Pay (PTP) activities, including accurate invoice and payment processing, resolving vendor inquiries, and performing reconciliations. You will handle travel and expense claims, support discrepancy resolution, and ensure adherence to policies and internal controls for timely and accurate PTP operations. Key responsibilities include processing invoices and credit notes, performing matching activities, and managing vendor payment runs.

You will also investigate supplier queries, reconcile travel and expense claims, and monitor aging documents to meet turnaround times. This position requires generating remittance advice, maintaining invoice archives, and assisting with month-end closing procedures while reviewing and achieving daily and monthly targets.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree is required, coupled with 2-4 years of experience in PTP processes. Essential skills include a strong understanding of end-to-end PTP operations, encompassing invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management. You should possess excellent problem-solving abilities, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

A flexible attitude towards achieving results and strong interpersonal skills are vital. Proficiency in ERP platforms, along with advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities, is expected.
