Process purchase order and non-purchase order invoices, credit notes, and other transactions accurately and within deadlines, including correct GL account and cost-center assignment.

Resolve internal requests (RFIs) from team members and perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts.

Process vendor payment runs according to schedules, approval requirements, and internal controls, and investigate and resolve supplier queries effectively.

Handle the processing and reconciliation of travel and expense claims, address discrepancies, and monitor aging documents to meet turnaround times.

Generate daily closing reports on recording and invoice completion, assist with month-end closing activities, and achieve daily and monthly targets.

Perform vendor statement reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and prepare AP Trial Balance, investigating any variances.

We are seeking a Consultant with a background in Business Consulting, specifically within the TMT sector, focusing on Finance. A Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree is required, along with 2-4 years of experience in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes.

Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of end-to-end PTP operations, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management. Excellent problem-solving abilities, coupled with effective written and verbal communication skills, are essential.

Proficiency in ERP platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are necessary. We value a flexible attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, agile, and creative approach to problem-solving is highly desirable.
