This role is within our TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) Business Consulting practice, specifically focusing on CNS and Finance. The TMT sector is undergoing rapid transformation, presenting both opportunities and challenges. We empower these organizations to enhance customer and employee experiences, optimize operational excellence, protect their data, and drive value through strategic M&A, ultimately building a better working world.

You will be responsible for performing day-to-day Procure-to-Pay (PTP) activities, including accurate invoice and payment processing, resolving vendor queries, and conducting supplier statement reconciliations. The role involves processing travel and expense claims, managing discrepancies, and supporting month-end activities.

Key duties include processing PO and non-PO invoices, credit notes, and other transactions, performing two-way and three-way matching, and validating transaction details. You will manage vendor payment runs, investigate supplier queries, and monitor aging documents to meet turnaround times. This position also requires generating remittance advice, maintaining invoice archives, and preparing AP Trial Balance reconciliations.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Business Administration degree, complemented by 2-4 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay processes. A strong understanding of end-to-end PTP operations, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management, is essential.

We are looking for an experienced problem-solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a flexible attitude, and strong interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in ERP platforms, along with advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills, is required. A Master of Commerce degree and experience in Financial Analysis (3+ years) are also beneficial.
