This role is within our TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) Business Consulting practice, focusing on CNS, BC, and FINANCE. We assist TMT organizations in navigating industry convergence challenges, fostering agile strategies for growth, and enhancing customer experiences. Our consulting services focus on driving long-term value through innovative solutions and operational excellence, helping clients transform and lead the technology revolution.

As a Consultant in Business Consulting PI, you will perform day-to-day Procure to Pay (PTP) activities, including accurate invoice and payment processing, vendor query resolution, and statement reconciliations. You will also manage AP reporting, process travel and expense claims, and support discrepancy resolution and month-end activities. Key responsibilities include processing invoices and credit notes, performing three-way matching, resolving rejected invoices, executing vendor payment runs, investigating supplier queries, and monitoring aging documents to meet turnaround times. You will also be involved in EOD reporting, assisting with month-end closing, achieving daily/monthly targets, and preparing AP Trial Balance reconciliations.

Additional duties involve generating and sharing remittance advice, maintaining and archiving documents per retention policies, and performing vendor statement reconciliations to identify root causes of variances. This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and adherence to internal controls to ensure timely and accurate PTP operations, contributing to our client's financial efficiency and operational resilience.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, complemented by 2-4 years of experience in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes. A strong understanding of end-to-end PTP workflows, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management, is essential. The ideal candidate will be an experienced problem solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating a flexible attitude to achieve results and strong interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in ERP platforms, coupled with advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills, is a must. We are looking for individuals with a practical, agile, curious, and creative approach to solving complex problems. The ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements, is highly valued. Experience in Financial Analysis for 3+ years is also a key requirement for this position.
