As an Analyst in Procure to Pay (PTP), you will manage daily PTP activities, including processing invoices, payments, and resolving vendor queries. Your responsibilities will encompass vendor statement and AP account reconciliations, AP reporting, and processing travel and expense claims.

You will handle invoice and payment processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines. This includes performing two-way and three-way matching, validating transaction details, and reconciling vendor statements. Additionally, you will manage rejected invoices, process vendor payment runs, and investigate supplier queries.

Key tasks also involve processing and reconciling travel and expense claims, monitoring aging documents to meet turnaround times, and generating end-of-day reporting. You will assist with month-end closing, review daily and monthly targets, and prepare AP Trial Balance reconciliations. Generating remittance advice and maintaining invoice archives according to retention policies are also integral parts of this role.

To be considered for this role, you should hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, coupled with 2-4 years of dedicated experience in Procure to Pay (PTP).

Demonstrated knowledge of end-to-end PTP processes, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management, is essential. You should possess strong problem-solving abilities, complemented by excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A flexible attitude focused on achieving results, along with excellent interpersonal skills, is highly valued. Proficiency in ERP platforms, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and robust reporting capabilities are required. A Master of Commerce (M.Com) is also an acceptable qualification. Experience in Financial Analysis for 3+ years is also a key requirement.
