Drive finance transformation initiatives, including process redesign and operating model optimization. Support the setup, scaling, and operations of Global Capability Centers (GCCs), focusing on finance processes, governance, and service delivery.

Apply structured consulting methodologies for problem structuring and hypothesis-driven analysis. Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify cost, efficiency, and control improvements.

Develop process maps, business requirements, and transformation roadmaps for large-scale finance change programs. Collaborate across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements, delivering insightful and practical solutions.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required for this role.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Management.
