Your key responsibilities will involve demonstrating expertise in finance transformation initiatives, including process redesign, operating model optimization, and modernizing finance functions.

You will provide hands-on support for Global Capability Center (GCC) setup, scaling, or operations, focusing on finance processes, governance, and service delivery models.

Utilize structured consulting methodologies for problem structuring, hypothesis-driven analysis, and delivering data-backed recommendations.

Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for cost, efficiency, and control improvements.

Develop process maps, business requirements, and transformation roadmaps to support large-scale finance change programs.

To qualify for this role, you must possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

We require a minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Management.
