EY is seeking a Consultant for Business Consulting within the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) sector, focusing on PI (Performance Improvement) and CNS (Client Network Services) for Finance. This role is based in Bangalore.

As a Consultant, you will drive technical excellence by developing a strong understanding of finance transformation initiatives across core finance processes, operating models, and controls.

You will support GCC setup engagements, including finance function design and transition planning. Analyze current-state finance operations to identify opportunities for process standardization and efficiency improvements.

Key responsibilities include developing structured consulting outputs, business cases, and implementation roadmaps for finance programs, leveraging your experience in business consulting methodologies with a focus on finance-related transformation solutions.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Backend Development.
