EY Consulting drives business transformation through people, technology, and innovation, solving strategic problems for long-term client value. The Business Consulting arm focuses on reimagining business models, driving growth, managing costs, and resolving operational challenges. Within this, Finance Consulting specifically enhances client finance functions through service and cost improvements, implementing performance management processes, and embedding a performance-driven culture.

Drive finance transformation initiatives, including process redesign, operating model optimization, and modernizing finance functions. Support the setup, scaling, or operations of Global Capability Centers (GCCs), focusing on finance processes, governance, and service delivery. Apply structured consulting methodologies for problem structuring, hypothesis-driven analysis, and delivering data-backed recommendations. Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency gains, and improved controls. Develop process maps, business requirements, and transformation roadmaps to guide large-scale finance change programs.

Candidates must possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and have at least 4 years of experience in Product Management. Essential qualifications include demonstrated expertise in finance transformation, process redesign, and operating model optimization. Experience with Global Capability Centers (GCCs) is highly valued. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in consulting methodologies, and the ability to develop comprehensive transformation roadmaps are crucial.
