This role is within our CNS - BC - FINANCE team, dedicated to transforming businesses through people, technology, and innovation. Our client-centric approach drives long-term value by solving strategic challenges. We focus on enhancing finance functions, driving business transformation, and optimizing operations to support client growth and resilience.

Drive technical excellence in finance transformation initiatives, including process redesign, operating model optimization, and finance function modernization. Provide hands-on experience in Global Capability Center (GCC) setup, operations, or scaling. Utilize structured problem-solving frameworks to analyze finance processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven improvements. Build compelling business cases, financial models, and process maps to support transformation roadmaps. Apply consulting methodologies for assessments, gap analysis, and target-state design within finance and shared services.

We are seeking candidates with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management. The ideal candidate possesses a collaborative approach, a practical mindset for problem-solving, and the ability to deliver insightful solutions. Agility, curiosity, mindfulness, sustained positive energy, adaptability, and creativity are essential attributes for this role.
