As a Consultant in Business Consulting within the CNS-BC-FINANCE team, you will be instrumental in transforming businesses through innovative solutions. You'll work with clients to reimagine their business models, drive growth, manage costs, and overcome operational challenges. This role offers the chance to engage in diverse projects, including finance function assessment and transformation, business transformation initiatives, and supply chain and operations improvement. You will play a key part in delivering high-impact, large-scale, multi-year transformation programs.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and have at least 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis. Key responsibilities include demonstrating expertise in finance transformation initiatives, process redesign, and operating model improvements. You should be skilled in supporting GCC setup engagements, applying consulting methodologies for business challenges, and translating finance function needs into practical transformation roadmaps. Experience in finance-focused consulting environments is essential, alongside a solid understanding of industry-specific processes.
