As a Consultant in Business Consulting, you will leverage your expertise to drive finance transformation initiatives for our clients. This includes understanding and improving core finance processes, operating models, and controls. You will also support engagements related to GCC setup, focusing on finance function design and transition planning. Your role will involve analyzing current finance operations to identify opportunities for standardization and efficiency. Developing structured consulting outputs, business cases, and implementation roadmaps for finance programs will be key responsibilities. Exposure to business consulting methodologies with a focus on finance-related transformation is essential.

To excel in this role, you need a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and at least 3 years of experience in Backend Development. Essential skills include a strong understanding of finance transformation, operating models, and controls, with experience in GCC setup and finance function design. Proficiency in analyzing finance operations, developing business cases, and creating implementation roadmaps is required.
