This role focuses on Business Consulting within the Government and Public Sector, specifically in Transformation Delivery. We partner with public sector entities to address critical challenges and build solutions for the future. Our work encompasses digital transformation, organizational redesign, and enhancing public services for citizens.

Drive transformation initiatives for government and public sector clients, focusing on digital transformation and service delivery improvements. Leverage expertise in climate and environment to advise clients on sustainable solutions and policy implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver large-scale, multi-year transformation programs. Provide technical expertise and client-facing support in a fast-paced environment, ensuring successful project outcomes. Effectively manage stakeholder relationships and navigate commercial and legal requirements throughout project lifecycles.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, coupled with a Master's degree in environment, climate, or a related discipline is required. Possess 3 to 15 years of experience, tailored to specific project needs, with a strong background in climate and environment. Demonstrated experience working with Government/PSU clients, showcasing strong client-facing capabilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality results under pressure. Proven track record of collaborative work, adept at problem-solving and delivering insightful, practical solutions.
