This role is for a Consultant within our Government and Public Sector (GPS) Business Consulting team, focusing on Transformation Delivery in New Delhi.

As a Consultant in Transformation Delivery, you will leverage your strong consulting capabilities, particularly within the Government sector, to drive structured problem-solving across various transformation initiatives. You will apply your understanding of Solid Waste Management and Urban Infrastructure domains to provide specialized advisory and delivery support.

Your role involves translating complex business requirements into clear engagement scopes, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes. Effective stakeholder management and cross-team coordination are crucial for the successful delivery of your assigned workstreams. You will be instrumental in supporting end-to-end consulting assignments, with a sharp focus on execution excellence, maintaining high quality, and ensuring timely completion of all key deliverables.

To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Architecture, Master of Science in Data Science, Master of Business Administration, Master of Architecture, PhD in Economics, or PhD in Mechanical Engineering. Significant experience is required, including 2+ years in Frontend Development, 6+ years in Project Management, 3+ years in Business Analysis, 4+ years in Product Management, 4+ years in Database Administration, 5+ years in System Design, 3+ years in Business Intelligence, and 3+ years in Financial Analysis.
