The team comprises specialists in performance improvement, risk consulting, technology consulting, and people advisory services. We assist clients in reimagining business models, managing costs, responding to market pressures, and resolving operational challenges through expertise in transformation architecture, experience design, business design, and program execution.

Lead the day-to-day execution of consulting assignments focused on CSR and social impact initiatives. Manage workstreams for CSR strategy development, portfolio reviews, program design, governance assessments, and due diligence. Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative research, engage in stakeholder consultations, and perform secondary analysis. Develop strategic frameworks, actionable recommendations, implementation roadmaps, and robust monitoring mechanisms. Facilitate leadership workshops, focus group discussions, and stakeholder consultations, synthesizing complex information into clear insights.

Coordinate directly with client teams and implementation partners, preparing agendas, discussion materials, and presentations. Present findings and recommendations effectively to clients and senior stakeholders, cultivating strong client relationships throughout project lifecycles. Guide and mentor junior analysts on research, analysis, and deliverable development, providing constructive feedback and ensuring quality outputs. Support project planning, timeline management, and overall quality assurance.

Contribute to proposal development, opportunity pursuits, and market research. Develop case studies, credentials, and knowledge products to enhance practice capabilities. Stay abreast of developments in CSR regulations, ESG, social impact, and sustainability trends. Participate in practice initiatives, thought leadership, and sector research.

A Master's degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Development Studies, Rural Management, Sustainability, or an MBA is required.

This role demands 3-4 years of relevant experience in CSR consulting, development consulting, social impact initiatives, sustainability advisory, or program management.
