Develop CSR strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and statutory requirements, including conducting needs assessments and research.

Manage end-to-end execution of CSR assignments, coordinating with clients and partners, and tracking project progress against timelines and budgets. Undertake field visits for program monitoring and impact assessment.

Design monitoring frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms. Conduct impact assessments and analyze data to derive actionable insights.

Perform due diligence on potential implementation partners, reviewing proposals, budgets, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Conduct research on CSR trends, ESG developments, and social sector innovations, preparing reports and supporting business development initiatives.

Possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the social sector.

Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Apply a practical approach to solving complex issues and delivering insightful solutions. Be agile, curious, mindful, adaptable, and creative in your approach.
