As a Consultant in Transformation Delivery, you will be instrumental in providing technical excellence.

This involves conducting thorough research and data gathering to support consulting engagements and delivery decisions. You will apply analytical problem-solving skills to evaluate business situations, identify gaps, and formulate structured recommendations.

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential for documentation, analysis, and presentation development. You will also support fieldwork and on-ground data collection to enhance engagement outcomes and provide implementation inputs.

Your role will contribute to end-to-end engagement delivery, demonstrating a strong understanding of transformation-focused consulting work.

To excel in this role, you should possess at least 3 years of experience in the social sector.

We are seeking individuals with an MBA degree and a background in Social Sciences.
