Drive transformation initiatives within the government sector, leveraging best-in-class practices and local insights.

Collaborate with clients to reimagine business purpose, create growth strategies, and manage cost efficiencies.

Address operational challenges and support large-scale program and portfolio management.

Apply a practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and actionable solutions for complex client needs.

Requires a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in services, ideally with state government or government clients. Experience in Governance & Policy is a plus.

Must possess a BE or graduate degree; a postgraduate degree is preferred.

Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal stipulations. An agile, curious, and adaptable mindset is essential for delivering creative and effective solutions.
