Execute technical excellence in business consulting projects within the Financial Services sector, focusing on Marketing, Sales & Service.

Engage in client-facing activities, including business development, solution development, and account management. You will lead project execution, manage client relationships, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvement initiatives within the firm. Assist in proposal preparation and actively support business development efforts to expand opportunities with existing clients and identify new ones.

Manage and mentor team members, acting as a role model and coach. Collaborate with senior leadership to resolve people issues and support recruiting activities. This role requires a willingness to travel and adapt to a demanding lifestyle, thriving in unstructured environments with a high degree of initiative and drive.

To excel in this role, you should possess 1-6 years of relevant post-MBA experience, ideally with a consulting background or a functional role in business excellence within the industry. Expertise in at least two of the following areas is essential: Business Transformation, Business Process Re-engineering, Market Assessment, Post-Merger Integration, Strategy and Business Planning, Sales and Marketing Improvement/Transformation, Strategic Cost Reduction, or Supply Chain Management/Transformation.

Essential qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or a CA along with an MBA from a premier institute. A strong academic background is required. You should have deep domain knowledge in the Banking or Consulting industry, specifically in areas like Corporate, SME, Retail Banking, Digital Banking, and Operations. Understanding the Indian financial services market and regulatory environment is crucial.

Key skills include excellent oral and written communication, strong leadership qualities, and proficiency in program and project management. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is necessary.
