This role as a Consultant in Business Consulting for Financial Services (FS) - Marketing Sales & Service in Mumbai offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of the finance industry. You'll work with a talented team to address challenges in digital transformation, regulatory change, and increasing demands for trust and transparency within banking, insurance, and wealth management sectors.

As a Consultant, you will apply your expertise in business strategy and transformation to solve complex client problems within the financial services sector. Your responsibilities will include driving client engagements, developing innovative solutions, and managing project delivery. You will also contribute to business development efforts, manage client relationships, and mentor junior team members.

Key duties involve leading project planning and management, ensuring quality delivery, and actively participating in knowledge sharing and process improvement. You will also be instrumental in creating and managing client relationships, identifying new opportunities with existing clients, and supporting proposal preparation.

We are seeking individuals with 1-6 years of relevant post-MBA experience, ideally with a consulting background or industry experience in business excellence/functional roles. Expertise in at least two of the following areas is essential: business transformation, business process re-engineering, market assessment, post-merger integration, strategy and business planning, sales and marketing improvement/transformation, strategic cost reduction, or supply chain management/transformation.

Candidates must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. A willingness to travel extensively, adapt to a demanding lifestyle, and thrive in unstructured environments is also required. Candidates should hold a BE, B.Tech, or CA + MBA (preferably from a premier institute) with a solid academic record.
