This role within Financial Services (FS) Business Consulting focuses on the Marketing, Sales, and Service domains. You will be instrumental in driving technical excellence and client success. Key responsibilities include developing Go-to-Market strategies, creating business plans, and implementing performance improvements for internal operations. You will also lead business development initiatives, develop innovative solutions, and manage client relationships effectively. To excel in this role, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent postgraduate degree (M.Sc, M.Com) is required, alongside a B.Tech. Candidates should possess 1-3 years of experience in BFSI or Consulting sectors, with a strong understanding of banking operations (Corporate, SME, Retail, Digital) and the Indian financial services regulatory landscape. Essential skills include expertise in performance improvement, business development, solution development, client relationship management, and advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
