Join our dynamic team as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365BC) Functional Consultant, focusing on implementing and supporting tailored D365BC solutions. This role is crucial for driving functional excellence and innovation within our enterprise technology division.

We are seeking individuals with a proven track record in D365 Business Central implementations. You will be instrumental in configuring modules, collaborating with diverse teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality business solutions. Key responsibilities include gathering stakeholder requirements and translating them into functional specifications. You will configure various D365 Business Central modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Manufacturing.

Collaborate closely with product teams and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and business cases. Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and work with developers on testing new functionalities. Participate actively in the functional design, configuration, and testing of Business Central. Conduct end-to-end system testing, manage system upgrades, and deliver user training.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft updates and best practices. Align with QA processes and prepare project documentation. Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure effective system adoption.

The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of hands-on experience with D365 Business Central and a background in implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV. A strong understanding of BC modules including Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Sales, and Service is essential.

We are looking for expertise in Business Central architecture, underlying transactions, and business logic. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration is highly valued. A CA or MBA in finance is preferred.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required. You should demonstrate thoroughness and accuracy in all aspects of your work. Experience with at least three full-cycle implementations and support is a must.
