Join our dynamic team as a Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365BC) Functional Consultant. This role is crucial for implementing and providing functional support for D365BC solutions. You will be instrumental in tailoring these solutions to meet specific business needs, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

You will be responsible for gathering stakeholder requirements and translating them into detailed functional specifications, ensuring rigorous validation of system releases. Key duties include configuring D365 Business Central modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Jobs, and Manufacturing.

Collaboration is central to this role; you will work closely with product teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional colleagues to define acceptance criteria and business cases. Troubleshooting integration issues, identifying data sync failures, and providing root cause analysis are also vital responsibilities. You will also conduct end-to-end system testing, manage system upgrades, and deliver workshops and training sessions for end-users, while staying current with Microsoft updates and best practices.

We are seeking candidates with a strong background in D365 Business Central implementation and support, ideally with 2-5 years of hands-on experience. Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is highly valued. A deep understanding of BC modules, including Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Sales & Service, along with the underlying architecture and business logic, is essential.

Candidates should have a proven track record of at least 3 full-cycle implementations. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working within cross-functional teams is important. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required. A CA or MBA in Finance is preferred for this role.
