Seeking a skilled Business Analyst Consultant to join our team in Delhi, focusing on Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions within the DigiGov sector. This role is ideal for experienced IT professionals looking to leverage their technical and analytical expertise.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for web-based applications. Develop and implement solutions using core Java, J2EE, and related technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Provide expert consultation on IT operations and domain-specific challenges.

Design and architect robust software solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and project management.

Requires a B.E./B.Tech in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or an MCA from a recognized institute. A minimum of 5 years of total experience in software development within an IT company is essential. Must possess at least 5 years of experience in developing web-based applications using Java, J2EE, Web Services, MySQL/Oracle, MS SQL Server, and JEE technologies (including Spring Boot and Microservices).

Experience with Agriculture Domain is preferred but not mandatory. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are expected, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
