We are seeking a dynamic Consultant specializing in Business Analysis to join our team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on providing expert insights within the Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions space, with a particular emphasis on the power and energy sector. You will play a crucial part in analyzing regulatory landscapes and developing sophisticated financial models to drive strategic decision-making and project viability.

Your core responsibilities will include monitoring and analyzing regulatory and policy developments impacting the power and energy sector, supporting regulatory filings and submissions, and engaging with relevant authorities. You will develop and review intricate financial models for energy projects, encompassing revenue, cost, tariff, and profitability analysis. Additionally, you will conduct energy audits to identify efficiency improvements and analyze tariff structures, procurement costs, and commercial performance. Evaluating the commercial viability of projects and preparing detailed reports with actionable recommendations will be key aspects of this role.

Ideal candidates will possess demonstrated experience in the power and energy sector, ideally within regulatory, commercial, consulting, or utility roles. A strong understanding of power sector regulations, policies, tariffs, and commercial frameworks is essential. Hands-on experience with financial modeling and analysis, as well as energy auditing or management, is required. You should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen, with the ability to translate complex information into clear business insights. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also a must. A B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering is required.
