Seeking a skilled Consultant specializing in Business Analysis to join our team in Bengaluru Eco space. This role focuses on Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions within the ERI division. The position requires a proactive individual adept at resolving production issues and collaborating with business partners.

Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of SAP EAM and IAM capabilities, with the ability to configure solutions to meet business requirements. Opportunities exist to develop technical expertise in areas such as ABAP code analysis, low code development, SAP Security, continuous integration, or automation. The role involves partnering with developers, overseeing solution deployment, and providing user support.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and analyzing production issues, collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements, and analyzing SAP EAM/IAM functionalities. You will be responsible for configuring SAP solutions to align with business needs and resolve identified problems. The role also involves developing basic technical skills in ABAP code analysis, low code development, SAP Security, CI/CD, or automation, and partnering with developers on custom solutions. Additionally, you will devise and execute system tests, oversee production deployments, and provide user training and support.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience, with 5-10 years being ideal, in supporting SAP EAM and Plant Maintenance Modules on S4/HANA. Demonstrated hands-on experience in Asset Management and preventive maintenance using SAP EAM is essential. Proficiency in SAP EAM configuration and experience with SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, and integrations with modules like MM, FI, CO are expected. Familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies, along with SAP Work Manager and SAP Asset Manager, is beneficial. A Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science Engineering or a related field is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent English communication, customer focus, and results-orientation are critical.
