Join our dynamic team as a Consultant and Business Analyst in Bengaluru's Eco Space. You will be instrumental in supporting Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions, focusing on critical business processes within Enterprise Asset Management.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to deepen your expertise in SAP EAM and IAM, contributing to the smooth functioning and continuous improvement of asset maintenance operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and implement solutions that drive efficiency and achieve key business objectives.

Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting production issues, gathering business requirements through close collaboration with Business Partners, and analyzing SAP EAM and IAM capabilities. You will configure SAP solutions to meet evolving business needs and resolve issues.

Furthermore, you will partner with developers on custom solutions, design, code, and implement them. Analyzing and executing system tests to verify solution effectiveness, overseeing deployment to production, and providing ad-hoc training and user support are also key aspects of this role. You may also mentor junior team members.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science Engineering or a related field, bringing over 5 years of experience in supporting SAP EAM, Plant Maintenance Module, and S/4HANA. Hands-on experience in Asset Management and preventive maintenance using SAP EAM is essential, along with proficiency in SAP EAM Configuration and experience with SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, and integrations.

Familiarity with ITIL practices, Agile methodologies, SAP Work Manager, and SAP Asset Manager is beneficial. Demonstrated experience with SAP S4Hana in application operations support or project implementation within Enterprise Asset Management, or with MDG and SAP EAM Extensions like Utopia, is highly valued. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills are required. A self-motivated and team-player attitude is essential for success in this role.
