As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, development teams, and business stakeholders. Key duties involve actively participating in Agile ceremonies, documenting user stories, and managing the product backlog effectively. We are seeking a Consultant with 4-10 years of overall experience as a Business Analyst within Agile environments. A proven track record in requirement gathering, user story writing, and backlog management is essential. Candidates must demonstrate experience working with stakeholders to define business and functional requirements and a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Proficiency in SQL for data analysis is required, with a basic understanding of scripting languages like Python or Shell being beneficial. Experience delivering Data Analytics projects is highly advantageous. A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is a prerequisite. Familiarity with SDLC, requirement lifecycle management, and the ability to create dashboards using Power BI/Tableau are valuable assets.
